ExpertBells offers live online masterclasses, workshops, and educational content designed to help young learners (ages 10–17) develop entrepreneurial, digital, and AI-related skills. All programs are conducted virtually via video conferencing platforms. Programs are intended for educational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific income or business outcome.

• Registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor. • Each registration is valid for a single participant and is non-transferable without prior written consent from ExpertBells. • ExpertBells reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion. • Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partners. ExpertBells does not store your payment card details. Full payment is required to confirm a registration. Seats are only held once payment is received.

All content provided in our programs — including slides, videos, worksheets, templates, scripts, and frameworks — is the exclusive intellectual property of ExpertBells. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Personal use for learning purposes is permitted.

All participants are expected to: • Treat instructors, mentors, and fellow participants with respect. • Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or harmful behaviour during sessions. • Not record, screenshot, or share session content without express permission. ExpertBells reserves the right to remove any participant from a session for violating this code of conduct without offering a refund.

ExpertBells shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program in question. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content delivery. In case of technical failures, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide recorded alternatives.

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Zoom, Razorpay, YouTube). ExpertBells is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

ExpertBells reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
