Our Refund Timeline
Full Refund — 7 Days Before Event
If you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the scheduled masterclass date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid, no questions asked.
50% Refund — 3–7 Days Before Event
Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining amount covers preparation costs already incurred.
No Refund — Within 72 Hours
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your seat to another person at no extra charge.
Event Cancelled by ExpertBells
In the rare event that we cancel a session, you will receive a full 100% refund within 5–7 business days, or the option to reschedule to a future batch.
Non-Refundable Items
- Downloaded or accessed digital content
- Bonus materials or resources already delivered
- Registrations cancelled within 72 hours of the event

How do I request a refund?
Email us at support@expertbells.com with your order ID and the subject line "Refund Request". Our team will process it within 2 business days.
How long does the refund take?
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Can I transfer my seat instead of a refund?
Yes! You can transfer your registration to a friend or family member for free at any time before the event.
Are recordings refundable?
Once a recording or digital resource has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
